Webe Juniors Run Club 2021

Short review

Kids ages 6-13

We are the original Kids Running Club in Boca Raton.   All classes are held outdoors in South County Park.  Please wear comfortable running shoes and clothes.  Bring water, towel and wear sunscreen.  Meet at the cross country track finish line around the lake trail.  Park at Canine Cove Dog Park and walk east to the grassy field.  Look for Coach Joe Falcone and his navy pickup and other kids.  

Two Onsite Coaches: Joe Falcone - Certified Personal Trainer and Local Firefighter
Lisa Swartz - Pediatric Physical Therapist

Class Structure
Stretching and drills in group no bigger than 10 for 15- 20 minutes,  then workout by age followed by a cool down. Two 5 minute water breaks

Group 1~ More running and strenuous activity for buildup of endurance and more challenging running

Group 2 ~ Lighter shorter runs, more games and stretching - could be ideal for older kids in multiple sports programs or beginners or those needing extra time

COST:
$85 for New Juniors
$75 for alumni or siblings (includes a $10.00 Alumni Discount)
Session payment includes dry fit t-shirt.    

Dates:
9/12, 9/26, 10/3, 10/17, 10/31 1pm special time for Halloween, 11/7, 11/14

Please stay tuned for location in South County Park. 

 The sessions will prepare the kids for a 1 Mile Race or 5K.  Just in time for Turkey Trot (not included in price)

Class size limited to 20... 2 groups of 10 Coached by local Firefighter and Certified Trainer/ Coach Joe Falcone of Mountain Bound Training. Assistant Coach Lisa Wolfe Swartz a pediatric P/T that will assist in anti injury techniques and stretching.
