Short review

COVID-19 has changed the landscape for all of us, particularly hard hit are families of children with rare and complex medical illnesses. Hospitals are cutting care down to primarily treating Coronavirus patients while many other doctor’s offices, and support services including chronic illness therapy management providers are closed. In addition, many families and patients are unable to travel to see the provider due to a very high risk of exposure or infection, as they are among the most at risk population for contracting COVID-19. The spread of the virus has caused our supported family population to have greater needs now more than ever before. It's difficult to accept, but their ongoing illness doesn't change despite a new dangerous pandemic - it adds new serious risks for loss of life for some seriously ill children in our community. 

We're going virtual so we can continue to provide support to our families- in their greatest time of need, and we need your help to fund this challenge. Let's rally as a community to help those in need. Go Virtual with us! Sign up today and run, walk or stroll anytime between April 25-May 10. You can submit your results on this site. Special Recognition for Best Dressed Participant, the runner/walker participating the farthest away, the youngest AND most mature participant! Post your pictures and video of your "race" on Better2gether's Facebook page, using #Virtually2gether. Our goal is to get a registration from all 50 states!!

Every registration will receive a $10 Gift Certificate to Lucky Road Run Shop, to be picked up at the Willow Lawn Store (1601 Willow Lawn Dr.), no minimum purchase required! Please present your race registration to pick up certificate.
