Trick-or-Treat Night Run 2024

Looking for a different Halloween experience this year? We've got you covered! Throw on a costume, grab your pumpkin, and sharpen your sweet tooth for DeGray Lake Resort State Park's Trick-or-Treat Night Run! Run, walk, or creep through the 5K Calorie Crush or the 0.8-mile Candy Dash, both of which will be lit up with hundreds of glowing luminaries and glow sticks to illuminate your way through our golf course draped in darkness! 
Each route consists primarily of paved cart path with a short, off-trail section through the forest! Staff and volunteers will be stationed along the path for trick-or-treat stops along the way. Don't forget to bring your trick-or-treat bucket or you will be limited to what you can fit in your mouth and pockets!

Following the run, gather together for a fun time of fellowship around a magnificent bonfire. Hot apple cider, photo opportunities, and even LIVE OWLS will be on hand to round out the experience.  That's right, Raptor Rehab of Central Arkansas will be on site with several of their educational birds to provide you with a unique opportunity to see these amazing creatures up close. A portion of the event proceeds will go towards supporting this fantastic non-profit organization. 
So! To recap, we're talking costumes and candy, glow sticks and fire, cider and owls, and we will even throw in some random prize drawings to round it all out! So grab the whole family and make plans to join us for this unique, family friendly, spin on a Halloween tradition.

*Note - This is an untimed fun run/walk. No awards will be given. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Registration Periods:
$25 - through September 2
$30 - September 3 through October 12 
$20 - October 13 through November 2 (DOES NOT INCLUDE a shirt)
* Registration available online only. No Registration after 6:00 p.m. day of the run.
**Packet pick-up will take place on the day of the run from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. on the Golf Course patio.
*** A limited number of longsleeve shirts will be available for purchase the day of the run for $15 each. First come, first served while supplies last.
