Thomas J. Frericks 5K (Virtual Run) 2023

Short review

The University of Dayton’s Annual Thomas J. Frerick's 5K is here! Normally held on UD's campus on Family Weekend, the 29th Annual Thomas J. Frericks 5K will be done as a Virtual Race for the second consecutive year! You register online, pick your own 5K route, complete the 5K on your own and take a picture and upload your time to see how you compare to others in the race.  Have the freedom to run the race whenever you want, wherever you want, with whoever you want!    The race will benefit the Department of Health and Sport Science.  The virtual event is called the Flyer 'Away' 5K since we won't be physically together at the race. You can run wherever you like and anytime over Family Weekend.  You will still be able to submit your results to see how you stack up against the other virtual runners.    The race entry is FREE with donations greatly appreciated!    Exclusive event T-Shirts are available for $15 and must be picked up on campus the week of September 20th (location and times are TBD). Please note that September 1st will be the last day to purchase a shirt.
