Shipshewana Mayfest Roadrun 2024

Short review

On Saturday, May 8th, 2021, the Shipshewana Mayfest Road Run will be taking place as part of Shipshewana's Annual Mayfest celebration.  The event will feature two races designed for runners of all ages and experience levels.

We will kick things off at 8:15 a.m. with the 1 Mile Fun Run. The race will begin at 345 North Morton Street at the Wolfe Building. From there, they will head North to North Village Drive. They will turn right onto Village Drive and continue to the Shipshewana Fitness Center, which is the turn-around point. The runners will then head back to the finish line, which is also where they originally started. Prizes will be awarded to the top three boys and girls. At 8:30 am, the 5K Shipshewana Road Run begins. Immediately following the race, prizes will be awarded to the top three men and women overall, and the winner in each age division.  Both races will be electronically timed.

Pre-registration cost is $12 for the 1 Mile Fun Run and $17 for the 5K.  Registration will also be available the morning of the race for $15 and $20 respectively.  Everyone who per-registers will be given a race T-shirt(first 150). Pre-registration ends Friday, May 7th at 2:00pm. All those who register the morning of the race will receive T-shirts while supplies last.  Registration and check-in for both races will be at the 345 North Morton Street (The Wolfe Building) Please arrive early to register and to receive your shirt and bib number.
