The Shark Fin 5K will not be held in 2021 but look for it to return in 2022 and the Megalodon Challenge with it.
As of the second week of January 2021, the City of Venice was still not permitting events!
The Shark Fin 5K is a family-friendly run/jog/walk that will take you on a flat, fast journey on a 3.1 mile course. ALL Shark Fin 5K finishers will get a custom Shark Fin 5K finisher's medal. The Shark Fin 5K will be professionally chip timed with overall, category and age group awards given for 8 & under, 9 to 11 and 12 to 14 year-olds then 5 year age-groups to 85 & over.
The Shark Fin 5K event registration offers a gender specific short sleeve tech shirt or a custom Run-Dri embroidered running hat or custom SockGuy socks. If you would like both a shirt and other swag, be sure to select your shirt in the Giveaway selection and you will be able to add-on socks and hat later during registration.
