Short review

You will love this run!

Providing you an opportunity to run a 50, 25, or 10K in beautiful Seeley Lake, MT. You get to run on trails, closed forest service roads (trail like), and on the maintained, but not heavily used, Lolo National Forest roads. There is no pavement! All races leave from the Seeley Creek trailhead and traverse the Seeley Creek Nordic ski trail system before heading uphill into the Morrell complex. You spend time running through the famous Rice Ridge burn area, which is a brilliant green and black that time of year. This year we will have a representative from Competitive timing running the finish line and four aid stations, two of which will serve as drop stations.  Same great trails but lots of improvements. Free camping, free beer/soft drinks, race shirt, and finishers medal (medals for 50 and 25K). All races/racers must finish by 4:00pm.

Run for a Cause

A portion of each registration from each racer and an overall donation from Mountain Trail Series will be given to the Montana Food Bank School Pantry program.

The mission of the School Pantry Program is to supply food and community assistance to students and families who are in need at school. There are several ways to reach students in need of food assistance. In schools where a BackPack Program is not the right fit, or additional resources are needed, School Pantries can fill the gap for students.

We feel this foundation is doing critical work to help children who are dealing with hunger. You can help support the cause by donating to the Montana Food Bank. All donations go directly to the Food Bank.

Thank you for your support.
