Seeley 50, 25 &10K 2019

Short review

You will love this run!

Providing you an opportunity to run a 50, 25, or 10K in beautiful Seeley Lake, MT. You get to run on trails, closed forest service roads (trail like), and on the maintained, but not heavily used, Lolo National Forest roads. There is no pavement! All races leave from the Seeley Creek trailhead and traverse the Seeley Creek Nordic ski trail system before heading uphill into the Morrell complex. You spend time running through the famous Rice Ridge burn area, which is a brilliant green and black that time of year. This year we will have a representative from Competitive timing running the finish line and four aid stations, two of which will serve as drop stations.  Same great trails but lots of improvements. Free camping, free beer/soft drinks, live music (after party), race shirt, and finishers medal (medals for 50 and 25K). All races/racers must finish by 4:00pm.

Friday, June 21: Packet pickup at the Filling Station (3189 MT-83) from 6-8pm. Saturday, June 22: Packet pickup at the Seeley Creek trailhead (just north of Seeley Lake, turn on Morrell Creek road) from 7-8am (depending on race). 8:00am: 50K start! 8:30am: 25K start! 9:00am: 10K start! 4:00pm: Live music and drinks at the Filling Station! Free primitive camping for runners and friends/family on Friday and Saturday (just south of Seeley Lake next to Cory's Valley Market).

You can help us kick of Festival week (The Bob Marshall Music Festival) and feel great about yourself at the same time!
