San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Stampede 5K Run/Walk 2024

Short review

Are you and or your team ready for a unique event opportunity for all participants? The "Stampede", a 5K run/walk, kicks off a full days activities associated with "The Western Heritage Weekend"  and the Annual San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo, in beautiful downtown San Antonio. You will be in the middle of the action for the yearly Western Heritage Parade, Chuck Wagon Breakfast, great entertainment in the plaza, and the annual Vaquero Cook-Off after the parade. All race proceeds go to the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship Fund. As a participant you/your team will have the opportunity to run/walk through picturesque downtown, as you travel the route of the Western Heritage Parade and Cattle Drive. This run is one of only a few available to runners that actually goes through the middle of downtown San Antonio. Several activities will be taking place prior to and after at the start/finish location at the Market Square. After the Stampede you will be able to watch the Western Heritage Parade. It's time to register yourself/ your team now so you can join us for this unique opportunity to participate in this annual historical celebration.

Early/online registration closes at midnight of 01/31/2022 for the 5k run/walk. Prices increases $15 for adults and chidren.

Onsite/Online late registration is available online and during/at the packet pick-up locations (see below) and Onsite only near the race start/finish line beginning at 7:30 AM Saturday Feb. 5th.

T-shirts and sizes are only guaranteed through January 19th. 

Prizes for category winners to be announced. 

Strollers will be allowed in the race.

Animals, other than service dogs will not be allowed.

$35 for Kids under 12 years old (discount will be applied at time of registration) 
NO REFUNDS 

Teams- minimum of 10 runners will receive a $5 discount (once you reach 10 runners, you will get a $5 refund). 

LATE REGISTRATION...(STARTS 12:01 am JANUARY 31st) 
Event FEES: No refunds 
5K Run/Walk - $60
$50 for Kids under 12 years old (discount will be applied at time of registration)

Saturday -RACE DAY- February 5th, 2022...7:30 AM at race check in location near the start/finish line.
