Welcome to Ride For Rotary, Venice-Nokomis Rotary’s newest fundraiser! Established last year, Ride For Rotary raised over $5,000 for Rotary International's END POLIO NOW initiative. This year, we hope to double that, and in addition to the END POLIO NOW initiative, proceeds will also go towards our very own local youth, veterans, and cultural organizations, among others.
In this unique year 2020, we’re offering two ways to ride and support our club:
Ride Virtually from your favorite park, trail or neighborhood.
Put on our T-Shirt (T-Shirt and goody bag pick up at our Title Sponsor, Bicycles International) and post a photo of you and your friends having fun and supporting Venice-Nokomis Rotary!

Ride with us on Saturday, October 24th (World Polio Day!) at our designated trail (marked with Trail Signs donated by our awesome sponsors) near Wellen Park. It begins and ends at Wellen Park Market Place, home to Irma’s Tacos and Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza. You can ride at any time (social distancing encouraged). Wear your shirt that day for a free beer or a select premium tequila (they’re ALL good).
In both cases, after registering, you can share with your friends who may want to join, or they can simply sponsor your ride!
