Run or walk a USATF certified 5k course! The MVNU Cougar 5k is open to all students, faculty, staff, alumni, community members, and friends!
Proceeds will go to MVNU’s program benefiting the Knox County Food for the Hungry drive. Each participant will receive a knit hat (pre-registration required to guarantee hat). Medals will be distributed to 5k winners in the adult and student age groups.
