  2023 RESULTS ARE HERE

The Mill Town races are coming back in 2024! New in 2024: a 10K! All races are all chip-timed; the marathon is a Boston-qualifying, certified course.

The Mill Town race series is personal, approachable and logistically easy, taking the stress out of racing toward your next PR or running your first half marathon or marathon.

The races start and finish in Memorial Park in Dundas, where you'll also park, pick up your bib and enjoy pre- and post-race nutrition. We will have water stops, finish line food and fun, race bibs and finisher medals.

We won't have long lines, parking headaches or an expo to add to your schedule.

About The Course: From the start at Memorial Park, the looping course follows paved trails along the east and west sides of the Cannon River to and from Northfield. It was chosen with runners, spectators and bandits in mind. It's flat - yay! for runners. Spectators get to see runners multiple times rather than only at the start and finish - no waiting for hours or chasing people all over town to see them! Bandits can jump on for one or two 6-mile loops to support their friends. (Note: we are evaluating new course options for 2024 to provide a safer and more scenic race. If the course changes, we will re-certify the course to remain a Boston qualifier and it will remain a looping course.)

Charity Partner: Project Purple, supporting pancreatic cancer research and patient financial aid. There is a fundraising option upon registration for those who would like to further support the cause. (Simply bypass the fundraising screen when registering to opt out.) See below for more information on Project Purple.

Packet pick up: Race-day only. No mailouts.

Mill Town Logoed Gear: In lieu of a standard race shirt, our sponsor, Charmed Running, has set up a shop where you can order a shirt, sweatshirt, hat, mug, etc., with the Mill Town Marathon logo. Check it out. If you prefer a car decal or magnet, shoe charms or a paracord bracelet, visit CharmedRunning.com.

Sneaker Drop-off: We’ve partnered with Sneakers4Good to provide a socially responsible way to upcycle your gently used running shoes. The donated running shoes will support micro-enterprises in 25 developing countries and our charity partner, Project Purple, will receive a donation for every pound of shoes collected. Look for the Sneakers4Good dropbox near packet pick up.

Course records: Brandon Riehm (2:39:19) and Leah Knowles (3:08:32) in the marathon and Paul Ellis (1:18:22) and Mariah Gallagher (1:34:53) for the half.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact Dale Fredrickson, 612.282.0262, or Beth Ambaruch, bambaruch@yahoo.com.
