COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRT
All participants registered by May 10th will be guaranteed a race shirt. Late registrations and race day registrants will receive a shirt while supplies last. Family Run Strong participants receive a program shirt.
SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
Roller skates and bikes are prohibited. All dogs must be kept on leash and wear rabies tags. Masks must be worn at all times unless actively running the race.

The race will start and end at the DOVER FOUNDATION YMCA. Please see the YMCA Welcome Center or race website for a detailed route.
