Not comfortable with signing up for an in-person event? We will send you your race packet (bib, shirt) and you can run or walk on your own schedule, in your own neighborhood on August 14th. Post pictures and results here.

Lake Union 10K Benefits Girls on the Run of Puget Sound. Girls on the Run of Puget Sound is a non-profit organization that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun-experienced based curriculum which creatively integrates running. 

In an effort to promote health of our participants, the Lake Union 10K does not issue refunds in cases of severe weather or smoke. If we are forced to cancel the event due to unsafe running conditions our goal is to reschedule the date of the race. If this is not possible we intend to host a virtual event and mail participants their race packets.
