Kutztown Fools Run (5K / 10M) 2019

Short review

We are pleased to announce the running of the 29th Annual Kutztown Fools’ Run on Saturday, March 30, 2019. The Bob Focht Memorial 10 mile and Sally Miksiewicz Memorial 5K road runs are two of the most anticipated events on every runner’s spring calendar. This year the Optimist Club 2 mile Walk will again be held. Once again, the proceeds from this event will support the Optimist Club of Kutztown and the Donald Peters Memorial Scholarship Fund.
This year marks the 12th year the Fools Run is being held under the auspices of the Optimist Club of Kutztown and the Optimist Club of Kutztown Foundation. $95,000 in scholarships have been distributed in our first 11 years.
Through support of our sponsors and the running community, the Optimist Club of Kutztown will continue to provide scholarship assistance to the most promising and deserving students in the Kutztown Area, Brandywine Heights, Fleetwood Area and Hamburg Area School Districts to attend Kutztown University.
