The Jan Goggan Memorial was set up after my mother, Jan Goggan, was killed tragically on August 19th, 2016 by a distracted driver. The driver was searching in an app for soccer match tickets when he hit and killed my mom at 60mph. A scholarship is given to a local high school senior.
