Harvest Moon Run 2021

Short review

Please join us for the 10th annual Harvest Moon Run on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 2:00PM at Varian Orchards. The race will benefit the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank’s prepared and perishable food rescue program, Community Harvest. We hope you can join us for the 10th and final running of this very special race. 

Safety Update: As the health and safety of volunteers and our youngest attendees who have not yet been approved for vaccination remain our top priority, we have made the difficult decision not to include the chaperoned kids’ area with inflatables. 

Registration
Registrants will receive a long-sleeved logo t-shirt, goodie bag and food and drink coupons for the post-race celebration, which will include delicious food from Santangelo Catering, apple cider, lemonade, beer and music. 

1 Mile and 5k Walk/Run Registration:
Families or groups of 5+ save if register before November 1, 2021 - $30/person
Advance registration before November 1, 2021 - $35
November 1, 2021 through Race Day - $40
* Online registration will end at midnight on Sunday, October 31, 2021.
** Apparel availability and sizing cannot be guaranteed after October 31, 2021.

Awards
5k awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, and the top three males and females in  each age group (6-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+).

The Harvest Moon Run has been called the best trail run Stark County has to offer. The scenic trail course, grilled food by Santangelo Catering, and post-race celebration are just a few things that make the event so special. A scenic 1-mile trail walk will be offered again for those seeking an enjoyable stroll through fall foliage. 5k participants can expect another challenging cross-country trail course, winding through the scenic trails of Varian Orchards.
