Father's Day 5K [Virtual Race] 2024

Short review

Lace up your sneakers for the 12th annual Father’s Day 5K starting Saturday, June 19, 2021 and running through Sunday, June 20, 2021. 

People of all ages and abilities are invited to walk or run, use their wheelchair or treadmill to complete a 5K course of their choosing.

Due to COVID-19 the 2021 event will be virtual; but don’t worry, that just means we are going to change things up and offer you more fun options to celebrate the day. No matter where you choose to walk or run, proceeds will help area residents access quality health and family support services at our community health centers.

 

Virtual Race Date & Time
Race with us from wherever you are on Saturday, June 19 or Sunday, June 20 at whatever time works for you.

Cost
Participation fee is $25 for adults and $5 for kids (ages 12 and under). Age-based pricing will be automatically applied at checkout. All event proceeds support our health care patients and family services clients.

Bibs & Shirts
All adult participants (13+) who register by June 1 will receive a commemorative technical tank. Tanks will be available for pick up at Margaritas in Dover during designated pick up times.

Bibs may be customized online in your RunSignUp account and printed using your at-home printer. Fillable bibs will be emailed to participants prior to the event.  

Race Timing
Use any app or device you would normally use to keep your own time.  You will receive an email prompting you to submit your time on RunSignUp.com.

How do I submit my results?
It’s easy! On Friday of race week, we will be sending you a unique link via email to your RunSignUp entry that will allow you to submit your race results. Results must be submitted by 11:59pm EDT on Sunday, June 20.

Race Photos
Be your own photographer. Take a selfie and we’ll provide you with a link to the official race photos.  We also you invite you to share your experience on Facebook and Instagram tagging @FathersDay5kNH and using the #FathersDay5kNH hashtag.

Awards
Everyone wins their own virtual race.  As such, there will be no recognition of race times. Instead, all participants will be entered into a drawing to win a prize.
