Extra Mile Fitness Company YOUTH RUNNING CAMP! 🏃🏃‍♀️

Ages 5 -13

 

Camp Dates:

Thursdays: June 13, June 20, June 27, and July 8***, AND RACE DAY: One Mile Challenge July 11th. 

Practices are 6:00-7:00 pm - check-in at 5:45pm 

***Please note the July 8th date will be on Monday, July 8th, at Dogwood Park in Chesterton!

Location:

Field behind Flint Lake Elementary School, 4106 Calumet Ave Valparaiso, Indiana 46383

Goal Race:

Extra Mile ONE MILE CHALLENGE: Thursday, July 11 - Fee includes youth entry into Extra Mile One Mile Challenge including race shirt.

Our 4-week Youth Running Camp introduces youth to running in a safe and fun environment.  Campers will have 4 weeks of training practices and will compete in the Extra Mile One Mile Challenge Race on Thursday, July 11.

$10.00 Camp Fee includes:

o   4-week Camp (4 practices & goal race)

o   Experienced Coaching Staff

o   Running related exercises, drills, and games.

o   Fun weekly themes

o   Entry into Extra Mile One Mile Challenge Event

o   Weekly updates

o   Event shirt
