Estrella Mountain Trail Fest 2023

Short review

Welcome to the 5th annual Estrella Mountain Trail Fest. The event consists of a point to point half marathon, 10K while the 5K course is an out and back.  The routes run through and around the Estrella Mountain Regional park mountain range. All courses are trail runs and have scenic views of the surrounding mountains. 

This is a very special year as this is our "RECYCLE YEAR" . What is the RECYCLE YEAR? Our event tries to be as green as possible, therefor every 5 years we will reuse our previous years medals as finisher medals. This will help our planet by not using new materials and recycling previous years medals.  This year you will have the chance to select which medal you would like to get after your cross the finish line.  In addition to recycling previous years medals we will pass the savings to our participants as we will not have a medal expense this year, lowering our registration fees.

As of 7/9/21 if you are feeling ill/sick please do not attend event. 

Half Marathon

The half marathon starts at the Estrella Mountain competitor track and finishes at the Estrella Mountain Coldwater trail. The course consists of a trail run through the Estrella Regional park mountains. We will have water stations along the course. There is a 4 hour time limit for the Half Marathon.

10K

The 10K starts at the Estrella Mountain competitor track and shares the finish line with the half marathon and the 5K run.  This is a 10K trail run that runs through the Estrella Mountain Regional park. You will be able to hydrate at along the course.

5K

The 5K starts at the Coldwater Trail inside the Estrella Mountain Regional Park.  The trail shares many scenic views of the surrounding mountains.  You will have a hydration station around mile 2.

Swag

We want to make sure you can show off your accomplishment so we have put together great swag for the event.  See SWAG here

VIP Access.  All food will be pre- package   (TBD) 

Half marathon , 10K and Challenge finishers will have access to the VIP area after finishing where we will have cold drinks, fruit, snacks and food for you to enjoy.

Finish Line- 2021 Event will have only per-package snacks on to go bags

At the finish line we will have water, Gatorade, some fruit and snacks along with some fun music to celebrate your accomplishment and more.
