Short review
Run United is a family-oriented 5K run/1 mile walk fundraiser on May 23, 2021 at Columbus County Park. The proceeds will benefit United Way of St. Clair County. The race will begin at 11:30 am with a recognition ceremony at 12:30. There will be first place medals for each age group. The cost is $25 per runner if registered before May 17th ($35 if registered after May 17th) and $10 per walker if registered before May 17th ($15 if registered after May 17th). Donuts, water and swag bags will be provided for all participants and a t-shirt will be provided for runners registered prior to May 17th. If participants choose to do the race virtually, they will pick up their t-shirt and swag bag at Columbus County Park between 9:30 and 11:00 am on May 23rd.
∗ Please note that the date of the event has been changed from April 25th to May 23rd due to the recent increase in covid cases. This will be the one and only change of dates and a virtual option is now being offered.
