The Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Diamond 5K Walk/Run. This event will take place at the Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, AR. The 5K route will start at the Visitor Center, go through the campsites, and include the Little Missouri River Trail, a 1.2 mile loop that travels through a scenic mixed pine and hardwood forest to the Little Missouri River's edge. From there the trail winds back around and connects to the completion of the 5K route. All proceeds will benefit the Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce.
There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for overall male/female and in each of the following age divisions: 1 - 9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus.
