Clark Lake Run 2025

Welcome to the 50th running at beautiful Clark Lake.  

Come join us for a celebration of our 50th year!  Run your best at Clark Lake 2025.  An event that promises to deliver excitement and memories.

You will enjoy our USATF certified courses that encompass the lake on gently rolling hills with breathtaking lake front views.  We have been road racing at Clark Lake since 1976 with the original CL-7.

Truly one of Michigan's premier running events.  You will enjoy our post-race party and awards ceremony at the Beach Bar Patio on the shore of Clark Lake.  All races will be chipped timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.  The proceeds from this event will be used for the continued progress and maintenance of the Thomas R. Collins Memorial Spirit Trail.

Packet Pick Up & Registration: Friday August 1st from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Beach Bar 3509 Ocean Beach Rd Clark Lake. Race Day 7am to 8:15 am

Start Times: 8:30 am 12k Run - 8:35 am 5k Run - 8:36 am 5k Walk and Kids fun run 9:45 am

12k and 5k Entry Fee with Shirt: Special New Years Day pricing $20 valid 1/1 to 1/15. Registration will re-open on 5/01. $30 until 7/27, $35 after 7/27.    Entry Fee without Shirt: $25 until 7/27 $30 after 7/27

A Time limit for the 12K run is 90 minutes (12-minute pace).  You must be able to finish the 12K within 90 minutes or please sign up for the 5K Run.  No one under the age of 12 is allowed in the 12K Run.

Kids 3/4K Fun Run Entry Fee with Shirt: $13 until 7/27, $15 after 7/27 - Entry Fee without Shirt: $8 until 7/27, $10 after 7/27.

Be sure to preregister! - The fee goes up and there are very limited shirt sizes on race day.

Results: Your accurate chip time and place will be texted to your phone and posted on this site. Printed results will be posted on site.

Overall Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers of Open (all ages), Masters (40+) in the 12k Run, 5k Run, and 5k Walk.

Age Group Awards: Top 3 in each age group:

12k Run age groups: 17 and under, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79. 80-85, 85-89

5k Run age groups: 0-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69. 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89,90-95

5k Walk age groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90-100

Cash awards in the 12k and 5k Run: Overall male and female: 1st - $100,  2nd - $75,  3rd - $50,  Master male and female: 1st  - $75,  2nd  - $50, 3rd - $25  Additional cash awards: Open male and female course record-$100.  Master male and female course record: $75.  Any age group record: $50.  No cash awards to those 18 and under or with remaining college eligibility.
