Iggy DiNardo Virtual 5K 2020

Short review

You’re invited to the 1st Annual Iggy DiNardo Virtual 5K, a memorial run held on Iggy’s 63rd birthday - Sunday, November, 15th, to raise money for The Ignatius DiNardo Foundation.

The foundation exists to help patients struggling with medical expenses and to provide preventative care to our vulnerable populations.

The Iggy DiNardo 5K will be taking place virtually. This means you will be able to run where ever you choose and will be able to track your results through Strava.

We recommend that you make a contribution to The Ignatius DiNardo Foundation through PayPal or Venmo in order to participate.

Sign Up

Please sign up to the Iggy DiNardo Virtual 5K event on Strava, which is where you can track your time and share your run/walk. This is not necessary to participate though. The main thing is just getting out an exercising on November 15th!

Gear:

For participants that contribute and signup by November 1, 2020, we will be sending some DiNardo Foundation gear to wear during the run. 

Please note: we still have some extra hats, so the sooner you sign up the more likely you'll get it in time for the run!

5K Awards:

We have both some exciting awards for 1st place men’s and women’s contestants. In order to qualify, participants must be signed up on Strava and make a contribution.

Raffle: 

Participants who share their race day pictures on social media and tag @dinardofoundation on Instagram or Facebook will be entered into a raffle to win some amazing gifts thanks to our partners.
