Have you ever experienced the runner’s high that comes with conquering a 5K? There’s nothing quite like it. Whether it’s your first ever 5K, or your first in a long time, Fleet Feet North Jersey has a beginner-friendly training program that will get you to the finish line of our most exciting 5K of the year: The Big Run! 

Join us for an 8 week training program beginning April 7th 2024. This program offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross training and rest days to gradually increase your fitness. Plus, your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track and have fun along the way. 

The Big Run 5K Fun Run Training Program/Fun Run presented by Brooks culminates with the Big Run 5K Fun Run around Global Running Day on June 1st at 7:00pm at Fleet Feet Westfield. It's more than a fun run, The Big Run is a celebration of running and the community it pulls together. Come run with us! Enjoy Pizza and Beer after at Lion's Roar Brewery. We know you can do it!

All donation proceeds go to Achilles NJ: The New Jersey chapter of Achilles International transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection. Since 1983, Achilles International has empowered over 150,000 athletes of all ages and ability levels to participate in endurance events around the globe.
