TIME: 8:00 AM Race Start

Race Day Bib Pick Up: 7:00 AM—7:45 AM 

LOCATION: 79 Tecumseh Trail Medford Lakes, NJ 08055

COURSE: Flat and fast Chip Timed 5K through and along the shaded trails and lakes of historic Medford Lakes on a USATF certified course.  1 & 2 Mile markers This year we are asking you to bring your own water on the course due to Covid safety protocols.  We will have bottled water at the finish. Please note that in order to space runners out at the start of the race, age group awards will be based on Chip time and not gun time. 

Registration $15  There will be NO Race Day Registration due to Current Guidelines  

Veterans, Active Duty/Reserve Military $10

Overall Male & Female

First Male & Female Veteran/ Active/Reserve Military

Age Groups male and female, 3 deep 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

ALL Race proceeds benefit Handicap Accessibility 

On Memorial Day we honor the lives, courage and legacy of fallen service members. In memory of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, the race will support Operation Yellow Ribbon. We will be collecting items that will be sent in care packages to those serving in harm's way.

Here is a list of items you can bring on race day that will be sent to the soldiers.

• Mio Liquid Water Enhancer
