Ava Dallas's Don't Shake the Baby 5k 2020

Short review

Our Mission: To help children affected by Shaken Baby Syndrome and to educate the public about this form of Child Abuse.

Registration: January 6th to March 12th.

Event: As a virtual run, we are asking that you join us wherever you are by March 12th for a 5k run of your choice. Though we may be separated by many miles, we will be joined in these 3.1.

Medals: For joining us, we will be shipping out finisher medals to each person approximately one week from the race date (March 12th, 2020)

Cost: Registration is $30 and includes the medal and shipping.

Posting Time: You do not have to post your time, but if you would like to write on our Facebook (see link below) to let us know what you did, we would love to see it!
