About the Race
The 310K is a fast, flat, scenic ocean-view run/walk at Dockweiler State Beach. Since 2012, Leslie Cohen Law PC has sponsored an annual 5K as a fundraiser to benefit the Public Counsel Debtor Assistance Project and Santa Monica High School’s Cross Country and Track program. In 2016, the 5K received the highest amount in donations in the history of the race. We also received the 2016 James King Community Service Award from Public Counsel for the event.
Our BeneficiariesThe Public Counsel Debtor Assistance Project provides bankruptcy-related legal aid services to indigent members of the Greater Los Angeles community. The Santa Monica High School Cross Country and Track program is a premier school athletic program which won the Ocean League Championship in 2014 and went on to compete in the California International Finals.
