2FGR Presents the DSACO Run for Down Syndrome 2024

Short review

The 12th Annual 2FGR Run for Down Syndrome was previously announced as a hybrid event to be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Due to the continued uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the race organizers have made the decision to go to a virtual-only event. Please understand that our hope was to conduct a fabulous in-person race as we had throughout the history of the event, but we could not offer the same scale of amenities while ensuring 100% safety of all participants. 

All virtual participants will receive a quality race t-shirt, swag items in their race packet, and a custom finisher’s medal commemorating the 12th Anniversary of the event. And, this year we are offering a fabulous hat and water bottle to the first 500 registrations in the 5K/10K combined. The kid’s race excludes the hat and water bottle but kids will receive a t-shirt and medal.

Packet pick-up will be available for virtual participants in the Central Ohio area as noted below. A shipping option is also available to all registrants including those in the Central Ohio area in case they prefer not to pick up their packets.

The event benefits the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO). DSACO’s mission is to support families, promote community, and encourage a lifetime of opportunities for people with Down syndrome. Monies raised from this event go to support DSACO and their programs, including recreational scholarships for children and adults with Down syndrome and other DSACO initiatives such as iCan Bike Camp and Golf Academy. Please note: race shirts are first-come, first-served based on registration order so please register early! If you cannot join the event but would like to provide support, donations can be made directly to DSACO by clicking the donate button above.
