2020 Tom Walker Memorial 15K 2020

Short review

The Florida Track Club typically hosts our annual Tom Walker Memorial Half Marathon Run and Keith Brantly 5k on the beautiful Gainesville to Hawthorne Trail. However, due to the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic the Florida Track Club has modified the race this year to be a 15k and starting at the beginning of the Archer Braid Trail in the City of Archer.

Florida Track Club members receive a discount ($7 off) at checkout. Kids 13 and under receive reduced pricing as well.

Male and Female overall winner will receive a $75 gift code to the new Florida Track Club Merchandise Store and the Male and Female Masters will receive $50.  Gift codes for $25 will be given to the winners of each 10 year age group. 

Race bib and shirt pickup will be held Friday November 20th and Saturday November 21st at Lloyd Clarke Sports. We request that all runners pick up prior to race day.  If necessary, day of race pick up begins at 7 am at the start area. Race shirts will be available until they run out (150), so we encourage you to register early. If you are not a Florida Track Club member you can join here! Join Florida Track Club.

Race Day information - parking available at the post office and the Sante Fe Davis Center, rolling start (cones with pace signs will be placed out - runners should go to their expected pace area), masks required until crossing the start line, bottled water available at mile 3.5/5.7, food/drink bag to take at finish area, awards and results will be posted online.
