Short review
The 5k (3.1 mile) and 10k (6.2 mile) awe-inspiring routes highlight five historic Savannah neighborhoods: The Landmark District, Victorian District, Thomas Square Street Car, Ardsley Park Chatham Crescent, and Daffin Park/ Parkside. HSF's 2019 Race for Preservation is a family friendly event and a perfect way to support your community while having fun. Historic Savannah Foundation aims to educate runners, spectators and the general public about the importance preservation by showcasing its impacts along the race route in five historic neighborhoods. Hopefully you are ready to run the 10k or 5k with us – or if you cannot run, there is always the 5k walk! We invite and encourage companies to participate in our race to promote a healthy lifestyle among staff–assemble a team today—registration discounts are given to groups who register as a team with 10 or more runners. Be sure to bring the family along and register for our Stroller division!
Registration is open through February 21st. Late registrations will be available during the packet pick up at Fleet Feet Savannah on Waters Avenue on Friday, February 22nd, 2019 from 10AM-6 PM and on race day.
Race registration fees are structured to offer savings for early birds, military, first responders, and students as well as rates for groups with a minimum of 10 race participants. Registration Fees are non-refundable. All race proceeds benefit the ongoing work of Historic Savannah Foundation.
