2019 Opening Day & Women's OCR Workshop 2019

Short review

Join us on April 20th for Opening Day 2019 and a special Women's OCR Workshop session prior to being on course led by decorated racers Kelly Sullivan and Kera Pezzuti.

-Cost will be $35 for all day exclusive access to the course with lead instructors to guide you, giveaways, on course challenges, and for our female guests a special Women's OCR workshop of information to kick it off at 9 am.
(On course session for all attendees will begin at 11 am sharp with a 10 am arrival expected for those not attending the women's workshop)

-Learn how to capitalize on your strengths, increase obstacle proficiency, and build speed and endurance.
In this no-pressure environment, take extra reps on obstacles with the instructors, learn new techniques and get an opportunity to try them out before your next race.
For you more experienced participants just join the fun filled day on course with challenges along the way or feel free to pace ahead if you've been to the course prior.

-Stay after the training session for a Q&A with the instructors, some exclusive sponsor deals, and chance to get some food & drink locally.
