Run4Heroes 2020

Short review

Run or walk 4 miles, 14 miles, or 44 miles, this summer and help support Heroes Health Initiative which provides real-time mental health support for healthcare workers though the Heroes Health App. Run them over time, or challenge yourself and run them all at once!

Even before COVID-19, healthcare workers were vulnerable to depression and suicide. Since the pandemic, healthcare workers have faced overwhelming conditions that place enormous stress on their mental health. We need to protect the health of these healthcare heroes, ensuring that they get the care that they deserve and are in the position to effectively care for the patients that rely on their sound judgment.
