Short review
2020 has been a tough year. Not only has Bluestone struggled financially, but we dearly missed the opportunity to see you all this summer! So we wanted to put together a virtual event that could both help us raise some money to support Bluestone and bring the community together (virtually)! We hope you will enjoy participating with the entire Bluestone community, and that this event can bring a little bit of Bluestone to wherever you are.
As much as we'd like to see you all in person, we're erring on the side of safety by making this a virtual event. But that means you can participate from wherever you are! So put on that event t-shirt, grab a couple friends, and run or walk the 5k together, then share some photos with us!
The event will kickoff at 9am on Saturday, November 21st, but to make it as easy and flexible as possible we'll be accepting submissions until midnight of Sunday, November 22nd! However, our event is focused more on fundraising and bringing the community together, so there won't be any prizes for fastest completion times.
