Unleash the wild in your neighborhood as our annual Zoo Run Run goes virtual! 
WHEN:

Any day and Any time, between January 31st through February 6th. 

WHERE:

Anywhere you wish! With the event being virtual this year, the schedule is up to you! Choose the day, time, AND course route that best suits your schedule and fitness level; you can even run with your pup this year! Please follow your local social distancing guidelines. 

WHY:

We need your help NOW more than ever before! This is a critical fundraising event that helps fund the Zoo's annual operating costs.

REFERRAL BONUS:

Have 5 family or friends register using your unique code (given at registration completion) and receive a $5 refund on your single registration fee! *your code is given at the completion of your registration and the discount only applies to your one registration.

 

CONTESTS & PRIZES:

We have some great prizes set aside this year and 3 ways to win them! The following categories will be eligible for the listed prizes: 

COSTUME CONTEST: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place
Come on now, what is Zoo Run Run without the costume contest? Upload your photos to the registration page and our Zoo Staff will choose 5 from each category to go before a vote on social media. Final winners will be chosen by our social media followers!

TIMED FINISHERS (TIMED 5K event only): 1st, 2nd & 3rd place

Use your registration to encourage people to donate in your name. Share it on your social media and reach out to your friends and family and have them help you win a great prize. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd highest fundraisers will win prizes. *Minimum of $250 raised is required to be eligible for prizes

AWARDS: 
1st place- Behind the scenes tour for 2 ($180 value)
2nd place- Annual Dual Membership ($110 value)
3rd place- 4 Pack of Zoo admission tickets ($68 value)

OTHER WAYS TO HELP: DONATE!! 

All proceeds from Zoo Run Run support the Nashville Zoo and we appreciate your participation! 
If you can make a contribution above your registration, 100% of donations go directly to our operating budget to help cover costs such as: 

Food Costs:
$1000/week to feed our Sumatran Tigers
$600/day to feed our White Rhinos 
$250/day to provide fresh produce for our animals 

Enrichment Items:
$500 for a heavy-duty enrichment toy for our Bears or Cougars
$25 for a foraging enrichment item for Macaws

Medical Care:
$250/year for vaccines for our Kangaroo Mob
$500 for an annual exam on one Clouded Leopard
