Get ready for the wildest run in the Valley! Join us for Zoo Move & Groove, the Phoenix Zoo’s spring fundraiser. This year, we are focused on bringing the adorable meerkats to the Zoo. A new meerkat habitat will be built as part of the Zoo’s Africa Trail experience. Meerkats are active and highly social animals that live in groups called “mobs.” Thanks to the commitment and dedication of friends such as yourself, the Zoo continues improving habitats and guest experiences. Sign up your group and participate as a 'mob' or as an individual to help fundraise for our new meerkat habitat! You may select one of the following options:

5K - This competitive race will take you along the perimeter of the Zoo and Papago Park.  There will be prizes for first, second and third place runners! All registered participants will receive a Zoo Move & Groove t-shirt and have the option to purchase a commemorative medal for a $10 donation.

One-mile Leisure Loop - This route, inside the Zoo, is recommended for families and non-competitive runners! All registered participants will receive a Zoo Move & Groove t-shirt and have the option to purchase a commemorative medal for a $10 donation.

Snooze for the Zoo - Not a morning person but would like to support the Zoo? For $25, you can donate to the Zoo, receive a Zoo Move & Groove t-shirt and hit snooze on your alarm clock! You also have the option to purchase a commemorative medal for a $10 donation.

Admission into the Zoo is included with your registration. After the race/walk, have fun at the Fit Festival inside the Zoo, which features an array of vendors as well as diverse forms of exercise for guests to experience and enjoy.  Help give our meerkat mob their dream home and register today!
