Kick off the 2020 Viking season with the Winter Virtual Run or Trail Runs
Stage 1 of the 3 Stage
Ulfhednar Ultra Series consists of this event and our May 3rd / July 26th events.

-$35 Virtual run option- do anytime anywhere and log your 5k on Strava.  

1. $35 Feb 29th Leap Day 5k Run/ Workout. Hosted at the Forsyth Park / Dietz Stadium Complex in Kingston NY. Exit 19 of the NYS Thruway. Expect 2-3 laps of a looped course with some challenges along the way you may choose to do nd pick up you Shirt / Medal in person after completion. 

2. $20 March 1st 8:30 am- Elevate OCR, Viking & Altra March Trail Run & Training. Join Elevate OCR, Viking Race and Altra Running for an awesome morning of trail running and Spartan training in Rockland County NY (Nyack, New City).We start with 1-mile loops at Buttermilk Falls,199 N Greenbush Rd, Blauvelt, New York 10994, a moderate technical trail with 300 ft of elevation gain per lap - the perfect practice for any Spartan/OCR/Trail race :) Some interesting challenges will probably happen :)) Everyone will be able to go at their own pace, and we'll all finish together. At 10am we move to the UFC GYM in New City for our weekly Obstacle Fit program - a high-intensity workout featuring obstacles you'd likely see at any Spartan/OCR race. 3. $25 March 14th 10am- Ultra Viking event director "Yoda" will host a 5k trail run at the Ramapo Valley County Reservation, 608 Ramapo Valley Road Mahwah NJ.
2 course options will be available depending on fitness level.
-Yellow Vista Loop trail covers approx. 3.3 miles with nearly 650ft of elevation gain.
-Lolipop Loop is approx. 1.6 miles with an elevation gain of roughly 160ft so this loop will be completed twice to cover your 5k mileage.
$5 from each entry will be donated to the Trail Conference that oversees the park maintenance.
*5-6 spotters will be needed to post at a few check points along the trails and be awarded free 2020 Viking Obstacle Race entry for your assistance along with Winter Woodallion and Shirt.

Items begin sending March 2nd for those doing the Virtual Run option. All other specific date events you'll receive your swag in person.

2019/20 Training day pass Sale: $15 (usually $25) good for any 2019 date or full 2020 season the course is open.

ULFHEDNAR ULTRA VIKING SERIES PASS: $150 (solo or Co-Ed team divisions, each team member pays)
Virtual Run / May 3rd / July 26th
Open to all level runners in 2020. Qualification standards below for Series Podium prize eligibility.
**Those already registered for another Stage may message directly and pay the difference of the series cost to get your other entry codes.

Ulfhednar Ultra Series entrants:
**To qualify for podium cash prizes on stage 2 & 3, You must log into Strava, Join our club and
Log at least (4) 10k's or greater runs for the month.
**No treadmill or manual entries count.
*Stage 2 & 3 to compete for podium cash series a combined minimum (6) full 10k course laps must be completed at the remaining 2 events
The Ulfhednar series is open to all entrants this year regardless of laps completed. Above requirements must be reached to qualify for cash podium prizes at end of series.
