Wilder Pioneer Run & Pancake Fun 2020

Short review

Welcome to our 4th Annual Wilder Pioneer 5K and Pancake Breakfast! The race and events will be held at Wilder Elementary School on May 2nd, 2019 starting at 8:00 am. Our event starts with the kids 100M dash, then our 5K run, followed by our Pancake Breakfast presented by Chris' Cakes. We will have fun music, a raffle (cash only) and a bounce house for the kids to play on and a balloon artist! We will have the event rain or shine (if needed bring a poncho). 

Our Wilder Pioneer Run  provides a fun family experience that promotes  healthy living and school spirit.  In the past, Wilder PTA has used the money this event has raised to purchase items such as alternative seating and a computer program supporting reading, as well as funding student activities throughout the school year.  These are just a few examples of the many things the PTA is able to do to benefit our students and staff here at Wilder Elementary! In addition to raising money to support school initiatives, a small portion of each registration fee is donated to The National Alliance of Mental Illness.  Today, 1 in 4 people are directly effected by a mental illness. After sponsoring this race last year, the Wilder PTA was able to make a sizable donation to NAMI.  This is a wonderful cause that we truly believe in, and we encourage you to join us in both raising awareness for the fight of mental illness and helping us to support our school.  See you at the starting line!

Pancake Breakfast - for ages 5 and over you will be prompted at checkout to signup for this event. There is not a separate event for this. This is a ticketed event that you will be prompted at checkout to either join or not. For ages 4 and under, this is a separate event because of the price change. Please see the above box to register.

Kids 12 and under, who choose to run the 5K, need to be accompanied by a REGISTERED adult during the 5K race. That child will need to sign up for the 100 meter dash and can participate in both events. 

Registration for the Race will go until May 2nd of 2020! We hope to see you there!
