  We are excited to announce that St. Paddy's day 8k has found a new home for our 2021 event! Our new course is located at the West Villages in North port, Fl. Right near Wellen Park . Race begins behind Peach Wave Ice cream/Frozen yoghurt store. 12157 Mercado Drive Venice, FL 34293 Our new course will start at West Villages Market Place ,go south along West Villages Parkway using the sidewalk, then Loop through West Villages Office Park. Continue to Playmore, turn west on Playmore then north on Preto. There will be a turn around and then runners will  return to the Market Place . At all times runners will be on the sidewalks and will not interrupt traffic . Bib and shirt Pick up will begin at 6:30am near the starting line. ***Pre packet Pick up will be available on Thursday March 18th, from 5pm - 7pm at The Sky Family YMCA - Venice. Fl.  Shirts will be available to all registered participants who sign up before March 1st , 2022. We have Custom made Medals to all participants who place in all our age groups.  All proceeds go to The SKY Family YMCA  to provide much needed scholarship funds for their learn to swim, pre-school, after-school,  free healthy meals, and family assistance scholarship program.  The SKY Family YMCA is a leading nonprofit strengthening southwest Florida communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
