4th Annual Trekking for CDH (Formerly Tucker's Trek). Proceeds benefit Congenital Diaphragm Hernia (CDH) Awareness and Research. CDH is a birth defect where a hole develops in the diaphragm allowing stomach organs to enter the chest cavity preventing the lungs from growing and displacing the heart. 1 in 2500 babies are born with CDH and of them 50% do not survive. The cause is unknown. CDH is not rare though it is virtually unheard of. Without awareness it is impossible to raise money for research. Please help us to spread the word and save the Cherubs.
**THE RACE WILL NO LONGER BE TIMED TO ALLOW FOR PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING** Please arrive anytime between 8am and 11am and run/walk whichever course. Both the 5K and 1-Mile courses will be marked.
