Tidewater Strider Dismal Swamp 50K and 100K 2023

                                                       Welcome to the 2nd annual Dismal Swamp 100K and 50K

COURSE:  The 100k starts at 6am and the 50k starts 6:45 am. There is a 15hr limit (9 PM). The course is an out and back 3.88 miles each way. There are 4 loops for 50k and 8 loops for 100k. Pacers are only allowed for 100k runners after 50k mark! very fast course! course is USATF  Certified FLUIDS AND FOOD: 1 full aid station at start/finish after every loop with food, water and nutrition drinks AMENITIES & POST-RACE:  Finishers receive a Medal, Hoodie, and Finishers item. 
TIME LIMITS: The 100K starts at 6 AM  and the 50K starts at 6:45 AM  --   Finish line will close at 9 PM.  AWARDS: Top 3 overall Male and Female and top male and female in following Age groups 39 & under/40-49/50-59 /60 & over will receive awards! REGISTRATION:  Registration will be open until Wednesday, December 1, 2021, or until slots fill. NO race day Registration. GOLDEN RUNNER/STRIDER PLUS RUNNERS:  Discount will be applied at checkout. CLUB MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS: A Club membership discount of $5.00 is available up thru Dec 1st. Discounts are automatically applied on the payment page during registration. You should use the account you used to register for the club to apply for this discount. We will also attempt to match on name/date of birth. Paper entry forms not available. PACKET PICKUP: Packet pick up will be at the start line starting at 5:30 am until the 50k Starts!
