The 11th Annual Mad. Co.w 5K Race 2020

Short review

In it's 11th year, the Mad Cow 5k is a  USATF sanctioned 3.1 mile run/walk through the rolling hills of Nelson in rural Madison County. Suitable for runners and walkers of all ages, sizes, and athletic abilities, this event continues to be one of the main community and fund raising events of area.

This year the race will be virtual. Individuals will run the course sometime between July 31 and August 2, record their time, and present the results at Nelson Farms and Mad Co Tacos for rewards. There will be no registration fee this year. Please donate the fee to a charity.
