Short review
Join us in beautiful Jackson WY at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) for stunning mountain trail races: Cody Peak 50K, Cirque 30K and Wild 15K. The race courses will leave you breathless as you enjoy the views of the Grand Teton as your backdrop and run through JHMR trails, home to world-class trail running. Finish the race and extend your trip in Jackson by visiting Grand Teton National Park, just minutes away, or visit Yellowstone National Park a couple hours north near Bozeman, Montana.
50K Course (Sunday June 27):
Race Start/Finish is in the base area between the Bridger & Sweetwater Gondolas.
The 50K starts by taking the JHMR running trails across the hillsides until you reach the top of Rendezvous Mountain. From Rendezvous Mountain, take the Upper Rock Springs Loop along the Ridge line towards Cody Peak. Work up towards Cody Peak until the trail splits. After reaching Cody Peak (10,758 ft), make your way back down to the Upper Rock Springs trail, out to a service road that winds down to the Rock Springs drainage. Follow the "climbers trail" down for ~4.5 miles until reaching Yurt Trail, connecting back into the Hoback Trail to run the remainder of the course in reverse, back down to the base area.
30K Course (Saturday June 26):
Race Start/Finish is in the base area between the Bridger & Sweetwater Gondolas. The 30K starts by taking the JHMR running trails across the hillsides until you reach the top of Rendezvous Mountain (10,449 ft). After peaking at Rendezvous Mountain, work your way back down the Upper Rock Springs Trail until reaching a maintenance road which then guides you back to the Wildflower Flower Trail. Descend until reaching the finish line.
15K Course (Sunday June 27):
Race Start/Finish is in the base area between the Bridger & Sweetwater Gondolas. The 15K starts by taking the JHMR running trails across the hillsides until you connect with the Wildflower Trail at the Casper Chair Lift. This junction will have an aid station.
