Team Running Lab is a supportive training group that aims to get new and experienced runners ready for a half or full marathon! We can help you reach your distance or time goals! The training plan is 16 weeks for both the half & full marathon. This year's fall goal race is the Detroit Free Press races on October 16-17, 2021. (Team Running Lab registration does NOT register you for the race, race registration separate). Registration with Team Running Lab will provide you with a FREE training group consisting of a detailed training plan, twice-weekly hosted group runs, weekly Facebook communication, and access to a closed Facebook discussion group! OPTIONAL - A custom Team Running Lab short sleeve, gender-specific tech shirt by Brooks is available to purchase for $15 (plus sales tax).
