Mind/Matter Athlete is looking forward to hosting our 4th annual charity run, the event will be held VIRTUALLY December 5th-12th. The Mind/Matter Athlete mantra is, "the body achieves what the mind believes" and the charity we have partnered with this year, CATAPULT, embodies it everyday. CATAPULT is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that aims to CATAPULT physically challenged individuals over adversity and into the world of endurance sports and athletics. Their mission is to "turn disabilities into capabilities in the world of endurance sports." You can learn more about their mission on their website www.teamcatapult.org. We cannot wait to donate all of the net proceeds from SWEAT OUT THE DOUBT 2020 to CATAPULT again.

The SWEAT OUT THE DOUBT event is virtual 5k run/walk.

anytime you want to complete it between 12/6/2020 and 12/12/2020

Timing is self recorded and uploaded.
