Solid Rock 10K/5K/1-Mile Fun Run, presented by Sweet Trucking, Co., LLC Hosted by Cedar Bluff Baptist Church
This year, all the proceeds from the Solid Rock Race will go towards helping Kincaid Eaker, a member of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. Kincaid, now 13 years old, was born with a genetic, chronic kidney disease called Polycystic Kidney Disease. To look at him you would not even realize he is sick. Kincaid plays the saxophone and is on the swim team, but he is functioning on 14% of his kidneys. Being born with this we knew that a transplant was in his future, we just didn't know when. Fortunately medication through his life has kept him stable. We hoped it would be several more years. THE TIME HAS COME! Kincaid received his new kidney on December 26th. The transplant and having to stay in GA for doctor care/ visits is very expensive and we want to help!!! Sign up today to help Kincaid and his family!! 
Date: Saturday, March 14, 2020 Time: 10K and 5K will start at 7:45 AM; the 1-Mile Fun Run will begin after the 10K/5K starts Place: Race begins and ends at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church (9215 Floyd Lane Knoxville, TN 37923) Course:  10k: You will go through Gulf Park Subdivision, down Sanders Road, up Dutchtown, through Webb School, down Sherill Blvd, and back down Dutchtown to the church. 5k: You will go through Gulf Park Subdivision, down Sanders Road, up Dutchtown to Webb School. You will turn around at the Webb School entrance and go back down Dutchtown to the church. 1-Mile Fun Run: You will do 1/2 mile down Dutchtown, turn around and come back to the church. March 14, 2020 (Race Day): $20.00 Packet Pick-up: Optional/Early packet pick-up/registration will be at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Race Day packet pick-up/registration (March 14) will be from 6:30 - 7:30 AM. Awards: Awards ceremony to be held at 9:00 AM at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church for the 5K and 9:30 AM for the 10K. Awards to the overall male and female. Awards to the top female/male Masters (40+), Grandmasters (50+), and age division awards are three deep. Age divisions will be 10 year increments (1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+). Overall winners are not eligible for age division awards. Awards are based on chip time. Team award given to the team with the most participants.
