Join the UNC Student National Dental Association in the annual Oral Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Saturday April 10th, 2021 at 9AM!
In honor of UNC Adam’s School of Dentistry’s very own oral cancer survivor, Dr. Scott Eidson, all proceeds will be donated to the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center to provide accessible and affordable treatment to head and neck cancer patients throughout North Carolina.   When: Saturday April 10th, 2021 at 9AM

Where: Virtual - https://zoom.us/j/96931461564?pwd=MmNmWWZZNHRtRE04aHpZUlNLRnhlQT09 While normally held in-person, this year the event will be held virtually. We can still support our oral cancer patients by running or walking wherever we are, even from the comfort of our homes on our treadmills! Please join us at 9AM for a race kick-off on Zoom featuring raffle prizes. After finishing your run or walk, snap a photo of yourself or your group, tag us on Instagram at @unc_snda, and you'll be featured in our picture collage!

 

Payment & Registration:
Pre-registration by Friday, April 9 - $15.00 + $3.25 processing fees*
Day-of registration on Saturday, April 10 - $20.00 + $3.25 processing fees*
T-Shirt: Participants who pre-register by Thursday, April 1st will be guaranteed a free T-shirt. Participants who sign up between April 1 and April 10 will receive a T-shirt as available.
Awards: Since the event will be virtual and race times can't be tracked, prizes will not be given to the winners this year. However, by registering you will be entered for our raffle prizes.   Important Payment Information: *If you sign up or donate through this race website, it will charge you a processing fee. This fee is reduced if you register more people per transaction. For example, if you register your friend and yourself in one transaction, the fee is reduced from $3.25 to $1.62.
