Dear Community and Friends,

Muhammad Mosque No. 4 is the Mid-Atlantic Regional Headquarters for the Nation of Islam. It is that time of year again, Muhammad Mosque No. 4 is hosting the 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk or 10- mile Bike Ride on November 21 through December 21, 2020. This event will be held virtually this year to ensure everyone’s safety during this pandemic. A virtual race is a race where you can perform at your own pace how you want, when you want within the allotted period, and with who you want. For example, on November 21st you can walk for 3.1 miles with your family outside or you may walk on your treadmill inside, just record your time. After you have completed your event, just go to the race website and log in your time.  There will be a Zoom presentation to acknowledge all the participants and to present the events’ results.  

During these times, it is so important that we focus on our and others’ health and wellness.This would be a great opportunity to encourage each other to get active.  So, grab your family and friends, get registered for this event and let us have some fun.  You can have some righteous competition with your friends in other states even out of the country. We are introducing our unity bike ride this year. This is a time to show each other how much you care about them and their health.  You do not have to do it alone!  We are a community, let us do it as a community!

Register for the Virtual 5K Run/Walk or 10-mile Bike Ride and let us ask your family and friends to support us by joining us or donating money to support our event.  The goal of each participant is to raise $500 from your family and friends to help sponsor your event. If you are unable to participant in this event, you can still help raise money to assist us with raising funds, just sign up to be a Donor. This event will assist with the building restoration. We appreciate you and all that you do to support Muhammad Mosque No. 4.
