Muddy Duck Dash - 2019 2019

Short review

Come join the fun over this 3+ mile mud run/obstacle style course! Great obstacles to go over, under, through, and around including 125′ slip n’ slide, hay bail climbs, 6′ walls, shallow pond crossing, low wire, live wire, two creek runs, mud pit, rope hill climbs, various barricades, silly brain quiz, tree maze, plus more! About 20 obstacles over about 3.2 miles. The 2019 Muddy Duck Dash sponsored by Safelite Autoglass, will be held on April 27th, 2019 on the Gainesville campus of the University of North Georgia (formerly Gainesville State College).

This event is an easy to moderate 3.2 mile mud/obstacle style race that will benefit the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation. The course includes about 20-various obstacles. We joke that your rubber duck is racing – you are just getting it to the finish line! Your duck can only complete the course on your person.  Take care of your duck, love it, care for it, and help it get to the finish line! It must be safely in your possession at all times! Make your duck proud!

WE HAVE KIDS RACES TOO – Kids are welcome to register for the 3.2 mile event if parents feel they are capable – age does not limit anyone from the 3.2 mile Muddy Duck Dash. We have had kids from 5 and up complete the 3.2 mile distance. We offer the shorter kids (1 mile) races to encourage youth fitness and family activity. No other “obstacle race” has kid friendly distances! Also, there is a duck decorating contest for the more creative participants.
