Missed out on a spring race? This unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in race cancellations and rescheduled dates. But running isn't cancelled! Though it can feel different running without a "big race" or a favorite race tradition in the near future, many of us runners in Montgomery County are still logging miles. And as this pandemic continues, the impact on vital, on-the-ground organizations in the county is tremendous. Here's how you can help!

Run the distance of your favorite spring race (5K, 5M, 10K, 10M, 15K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or something else!) and donate those number of miles as dollars to the MontcoPA COVID-19 Respond Fund.

All races will be virtual. Run your miles any day, any time, in Montgomery County or somewhere else! When you've completed your miles, upload a photo on social media and tag #MontCoStrong and #MontcoMiles.

The MontcoPA COVID-19 Response Fund is a community-wide effort to support the immediate needs of residents hardest hit by the pandemic. The fund provides grants to nonprofit organizations with a successful track record of serving the needs of the vulnerable Montgomery County, Pennsylvania residents.
