The Upstate Running Club is an all inclusive local running club that offers a community for the runners built by runners! We are now offering a weekly club run to the running community that meets every Wednesday at 6pm at Legacy Park. The workout is completely FREE and is appropriate for all ages and abilities. Join us in person or virtually to celebrate the biggest day of running the entire year! The world will join together to celebrate running! Neither speed nor distance will separate us because the world of running encompasses all people across every spectrum of life!  Global Running Day is a worldwide celebration of running that encourages everyone to get moving. This day plays an important role, reminding us of the positives that running can offer and the power of unification. It's mission seems more important than ever right now, as people everywhere attempt to stay active and healthy. During these challenging times, many people are turning to running as a solution to help release anxiety, gain perspective, cope with cabin fever, and keep up wellbeing. The best part about this virtual race is that the proceeds are heading to the Upstate Running Club Youth Program. This program is going to be setting up FREE races for kids 12 and under every month of the year!
